The Tennessee Association of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (TAASLP) is committed to providing clear and fair cancellation and refund procedures for all event registrants. Please review this policy carefully before completing your registration.
Full Refund Eligibility
Registrants who cancel their in-person convention registration 10 or more days prior to the first day of the convention will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Registrants who cancel their in-person convention registration fewer than 10 days prior to the first day of the convention will receive a partial refund of their registration fee. The partial refund amount will be 50% of the original registration cost.
No Refund
Registrants who cancel their registration for online events or virtual programming will receive a full refund, up until the day before the event.
In the event that TAASLP needs to cancel or reschedule an event, registrants will be provided with a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.

If you are unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to a colleague, please contact info@taaslp.org. Substitutions may be permitted at TAASLP’s discretion and must be requested in writing prior to the event.
TAASLP understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions to this policy due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@taaslp.org with documentation of your situation.
